About the audio file format we use: All the audiobooks we sell are in the MP3 format (MPEG-1 Audio Layer 3), the most popular and widely supported audio format in the world.

About our DVDs: If you choose the DVD Disc option, all titles will be shipped on one to four DVD's (as required) in plain black paper sleeves. (You will not be receiving separate discs for each title.) Also, please note that a DVD disc CANNOT be played on a CD-only player. Specifically, you need a Blu-Ray or DVD drive/player which specifies support for DVD+R/DVD+R DL blank media formats. If you're unsure about what type of disc player you have or whether it will supports these formats, please do not purchase.

About our USBs: The USB sticks we sell are type USB-A, the oldest and most common type in the world (the bigger ones) and are formatted with the FAT32 file system. Any computer or laptop or tablet with a USB-A port should have no problem with them. If you intend to use one in a vehicle, then you will obviously also need a USB-A port there: as far as we're aware, all such ports support the FAT32 file system, but ultimately it's up to you to consult your manual to confirm this. If your vehicle does not support them, but you have a PC or laptop with the appropriate port to work with, you always have the option to copy/transfer the files to some other media or device to play in your vehicle. You can get an inexpensive "MP3 car adapter" that plugs in to your vehicle's power charger, with support for various media, as well as an AUX port that would allow you to connect a phone or MP3 player. (Newer vehicles might already have their own AUX port.)
